Introduction
Easy Peddler Real Estate is a specialized classifieds
category which contains three sub-categories: Residential,
Commercial and Land.
To create a new listing in any category, select
the "Create New Listing" link in the My
Account navigation menu, located in the in the Real
Estate box. Then select the sub-category.
In our first example, we will list a residential
property. If you need to clear the form or
change categories, click the "Start Over"
link at any time.

Part 1: Property Location
Enter the address, city, state and Zip code for
the property.

Part 2: Property Location
Give your listing a descriptive title. Enter the
number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether the property
is for sale or for rent, the square footage, number
of floors, parking and garage features, the age
of the home and the property type.

Part 3 & 4: Property & Lot Features
Select all of of your property's applicable
features.

Part 5: Price & Seller Status
Enter a numeric price and your status as a private
seller or an agent.

Part 6: Images & Duration
Select the number of pictures that will appear in
your listing, between 0 and 6. Also select a listing
duration, between 1 and 4 months.

Part 6: Description
Enter a full description for your listing. Please
be as specific as possible. There is a 2000 character
limit and no HTML or special characters are allowed.
Click the "Next" button when you are finished.

Part 7: Image Selection
Depending on the number of images you specified
in Part 5, the next page will allow you to upload
between 1 and 6 options. If you selected no pictures,
you'll skip this screen.
To find the images you want to use in your listing,
click the "Browse" button. You will be
prompted to upload images from your computer's hard
drive. Click the "Next" button when you
are finished.
On the next screen, you can review your images.
Click the magnifying glass icon to view a full-size
version of your image. Click the trash can icon
if you want to delete an image. If you are satisfied
with the photos, click the "Next" button.

Part 8: Review and Submit
The next page displays a summary of all the
information you provided. Review the information,
then click the "Submit Listing" button
to post your completed listing. Your listing will
now appear in our search results.
In our second example, we will list a Commercial
property.

this property is for sale or for rent, select the
property type, the year it was built, the square
footage and the size of the lot.
