As a registered Easy Peddler seller, you have the ability to send
disputes directly to us. To report an offensive listing to Easy
Peddler, click the "Report Offensive Listings" link
from the Dispute Center section of the Account Navigation. When
reporting a dispute to us, always include the ID number of the
item in question. The Item ID can be found at the top right-hand
corner of every listing page.
Complete the form, along with any comments you may have about
the listing. Then click the "Submit" button to send
the report.
To report a listing that may be fraudulent, or to report a member
that may be in violation of the Easy Peddler User Agreement, click
the "Report Dispute" link from the Dispute Center section
of the Account Navigation. Complete the form, along with any comments
you may have about the complaint. Then click the "Submit"
button to send the report.
Important: As per the User Agreement, Easy Peddler will not
mediate any conflicts which may arise between a buyer and seller.
Easy Peddler will fully cooperate with investigations involving
local, state, and federal law-enforcement agents. We will only
disclose personal information if we are required to do so pursuant
to a subpoena or other legal process.
Suggestions
Easy Peddler welcomes comments and suggestions for improvements
about our services. However, all suggestions sent to us will be
considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall
be entitled to unrestricted use of the suggestion for any purpose
whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the
member. To send us a suggestion, click the "Suggestions"
link from the Dispute Center section of the Account Navigation.
