General Rules

In addition to our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Restricted Items Policy, every user must agree to follow these General Rules. ABUSE OF CONTACT INFORMATION Threats of physical harm made from any method including, phone or email, is strictly prohibited. Law-enforcement agencies may become involved if abuse of this nature is reported. ABUSE OF COPYRIGHTS You may not use photographs from others and use them in your listing without the owner's permission. Also, you may not copy text from someone else's item listing and use that text as your own. Even if you make slight modifications to the text, you still may be in violation of copyright infringement. INTERRUPTIONS AND OUTAGES Easy Peddler strives to give our members the highest quality of service. However, our Site occasionally experiences outages during which the entire Site will be non-functional. POLICY VIOLATIONS If any member is found to have abused any policy or agreement, that member shall be subject to account suspension and/or account termination. All suspicious activity will be investigated and, if found to be in violation, the appropriate action(s) will be taken. All terms shall be non-negotiable and all decisions will be final. SITE INTERFERENCE Interference or attempted interference with Easy Peddler's Site and/or operations using any software program, routine, or activity will be considered a serious offence and is not permitted. Members using the Site may not modify any Easy Peddler-generated content. All content must abide by all Easy Peddler Policies. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT Easy Peddler welcomes comments and suggestions for improvements about our services. However, all suggestions sent to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the suggestion for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the member. USING FALSE CONTACT INFORMATION Falsifying contact information such as a user’s name, address, or email address when registering with Easy Peddler will not be tolerated. All information must be accurate and current.
