In addition to our User Agreement, Privacy Policy and Restricted Listings Policy, every user must agree to follow these General Rules.

USING FALSE CONTACT INFORMATION
Falsifying contact information such as a user's name, address, or email address when registering with Easy Peddler will not be tolerated. All information must be accurate and current.

ABUSE OF CONTACT INFORMATION
Threats of physical harm made from any method including, phone or email, is strictly prohibited. Law-enforcement agencies may become involved if abuse of this nature is reported.

ABUSE OF THE PRIVATE MESSAGING SYSTEM
Easy Peddler does not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you may not use our proprietary private messaging system to send unsolicited messages to registered Easy Peddler members.

ABUSE OF COPYRIGHTS
You may not use photographs from others and use them in your listing without the owner's permission. Additionally, you may not copy text from someone else's item listing and use that text as your own. Even if you make slight modifications to the text, you still may be in violation of copyright infringement.

SITE INTERFERENCE
Interference or attempted interference with the Easy Peddler Web site and/or operations using any software program, routine or activity will be considered a serious offence and is not permitted. Members using the Web site may not modify any Easy Peddler-generated content. All listing content must be in accordance with all Easy Peddler Policies.

POLICY VIOLATIONS
If any member is found to have abused any policy or agreement, that member shall be subject to account suspension and/or account termination. All suspicious activity will be investigated and, if found to be in violation, the appropriate action(s) will be taken. All terms shall be non-negotiable and all decisions will be final.

SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT
Easy Peddler welcomes comments and suggestions for improvements about our services. However, all suggestions sent to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and we shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the suggestion for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the member.

INTERRUPTIONS AND OUTAGES
Easy Peddler strives to give our members the highest quality of service. However, our Web site occasionally experiences outages during which the entire Web site will be non-functional.
