In order for you to start buying and selling items on Easy Peddler,
you must first become a registered Easy Peddler member. To register
for a free Easy Peddler account, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Point your browser to the Easy Peddler registration page
The registration page can be found by clicking on the "Register"
button at the top of every page, or at this address: http://www.easypeddler.com/register.asp.
Step 2: Complete your personal information
Easy Peddler takes your privacy very seriously. We have adopted
a Privacy Policy, so you can be assured that your personal information
will always remain safe with us. Here are some helpful tips when
beginning the registration process:
1. Provide your full name. Do not use any nicknames or aliases.
2. The business/organization field is optional.
3. Use your physical mailing address (no P.O. Boxes). Currently,
only Pennsylvania residents may register for an Easy Peddler seller
account.
4. Enter a valid U.S. Zip or Postal code.
5. Enter your primary telephone number, starting with the area code.
6. Enter your primary email address twice to ensure you typed it
correctly.
7. Select your date of birth. This will be used to validate your
age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account
with Easy Peddler.
Step 3: Choose a user name and password
1. When choosing a user name, please use one you will easily remember.
This will be the anonymous alias you will use to login to your Easy
Peddler account.
2. When choosing a password, choose a variety of letters and numbers
that will be impossible for anyone else to guess. Make sure
you make keep this password safe--never give out your password.
Even though only asterisks (*) appear when you type in the field,
they actually stand for characters that only you select. Since your
actual password is hidden and you can't check to make sure you typed
the new password correctly, you are asked to type it again to make
sure your original has been typed correctly.
3. Use the drop-down box to select a secret "Security Question."
In the event you forget your user name or password, you can have
this information sent to you via email. Select one of our security
questions, then provide the answer.
4. When you are finished, click the "Continue" button
to complete the form.
Step 4: Confirm and activate
1. The Account Registration Summary lists all of the information
you have provided. Make sure it is correct. If you find any errors,
click your browser's "Back" button and make changes.
2. If all information is correct, you must select the checkbox under
the "Terms of Use" section. You must agree to our User
Agreement and Privacy Policy before registering an account. You
must also be 18 years old. When you select the checkbox, the "Register
Account" button will become available. Click the button to
register your account.
3. Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email along
with instructions to activate your account. On the activation page,
enter your activation code, your user name, and password, and your
account will be activated. You can then begin buying and selling
on Easy Peddler. |
